I sent a mail to everyone (mass mail in forum), curious that some of you didn't receive it :-/
Here is the content
Dear users,
first of all, I would like to apologize for my radio silence since
beginning of December, I was really busy IRL, both on professional and
personnal side, letting me really few slots for WoW Model Viewer
development.
As I see an increase of support topics in the forum about "badly textured
characters", I am writting this mail to everyone to explain the "why"
underneath.
In 7.3.5 version of WoW (current one), Blizzard introduced a major change
in database management, and WoW Model Viewer is not yet ready to support
it, this is what is causing issues today (character customization is not
available, etc.)
I am currently working on it, I made good progress this week end, and
hopefully I will be able to deliver an update by the end of this week. In
the meantime, if you really need to continue working on your projects, you
can fall back to a backup of a previous version (prior to 7.3.5), and
everything should work. If you don't have such back up, people are starting
to exchange on forum to make it available, feel free to join the
dicusssion. As soon as we have an "official available place" (or if anyone
already have one available online, you can mail me), I will sticky this
post and make an announcement.
Once again, I'm really sorry about this, combination of fast 7.3.5 release
plus my low availability IRL to spend time for WoW Model Viewer was really
fatal for a lot of you :/
If you like this software, feel free to donate : EURO or USD. Thanks !

Ty for the update Jero as well as your continued dedication to keeping modelviewer up and running. Hope life is treating you well.
Just out of curiousity, will this next update you have planned also include the ability to view the new allied races that were just released today? (Void Elf, Nightborne, Highmountain Tauren)
I know you already got the Lightforged Draenei working in modelviewer before it broke in 7.3.5(I'm still able to view them with older wow version client backup) so was just wondering if we were going to be able to see the other new races and their new customization options come to modelviewer soon since their assets have been in the files since 7.3.5 and have now been made playable on live servers.
Thanks again for all your hard work, mate!

You have my forgiveness for the lack of a 7.3.5 update Jeromnimo, for knowing that you have not given up on the project. I hope you release it soon so I can continue getting footage of the Level 58 Death Knight.

Haven't seen a new post from Jero in a couple of weeks. I hope everything is ok.

Anyone know if the character model textures have been fixed yet and I just have to reinstall?

It is still a work in progress. So many other programs have been difficult getting back up with all the new Blizzard changes. I need to remind myself to make a copy of my WoW folder next time they decide to change so much.

Hi all,
new beta7 is out, bringing back ability to load 7.3.5.
Still a few issue to figure out (ie, really a few item are present in the list, but you can import from wowhead / armory), but you can restart playing with it.
Sorry for the delay in publishing this release...
