Yes, PLEASE fix the M3 exporter.
As of right now, there is no way of getting WoW models into Starcraft 2. When I had last used the M3 exporter, it was phenominal.

EDIT: How To Export World of Warcraft M3 Models for Starcraft II

I was able to find a copy of MoP 5.4.8, and successfully loaded it into an older version of WoW Model Viewer This older version of WoW Model Viewer allows for M3 model exports.

Download Old MoP Client
This is a very fast torrent of MoP seen below as a magnet URI, you'll be able to download this 24.93 GB version of WoW at 5 - 10 MB/s:
As a legal disclaimer, I'm sharing this link for the sole purpose of migrating art assets from one Blizzard Entertainment game to another to help improve the quality and experience for Blizzard's StarCraft II product. It will primarily help StarCraft II Map developers with creating new experiences for the benefit of the StarCraft II community. I did not create this torrent tracker, I discovered it and am sharing it publicly.
This magnet URI is required by World of Warcraft subscribers who purchased a digital copy of Mists of Pandaria, subscribers who purchased a physical boxed copy will not need to use this torrent.
Really?! I know version 7.0.5 stopped working altogether when .MPQ converted to .CASC. You got a link for this working version?
